Luxury maisonette with lake view

What a dream oasis in central Switzerland for a family with growing children. The maisonette flat from the noughties has been completely renovated, with new bathrooms, kitchen(s), fitness and wellness oasis, a home automation system and much more. The flat is spread over 2 floors, both floors have spacious terraces with views of the lake and mountains. The lower floor is occupied by the parents and the upper floor by the ‘youngsters’ - a dream for the teenagers with their spacious lounge area with kitchen.

This is where you enter the ‘hunting ground’ – one of the client's passions.
The two floors are also connected by a newly designed staircase.

The breakfast and aperitif bar offers seating with a view of the lake and mountains.
The existing fireplace was redesigned and, at the client's request, a chimney breast was added. This created a spacious lounge for cosy hours by the fireplace or enjoying a movie night.

The aperitif bar and this bar furniture as a symbiosis for enjoyable moments with family and friends.
The sliding doors lead to an additional cinema room with a surround sound system.

The spacious and modern guest bathroom almost invites you to linger. Not what you hope for from guests.
The bed was positioned so that you can let your gaze wander over the lake and the Queen of the Mountains when you wake up.

The room unit behind the bed offers generous storage space at the rear. The control system for the lighting, electric blinds and night curtains is integrated into the room unit. Behind it are the doors to the fitness room and the master bathroom.
The storage unit offers plenty of space. The glass drawer is perfect for showing off your favourite pieces of jewellery.

The master bedroom has a spacious dressing room.
Behind the glass, lengthwise to the bathtub, are the steam bath and sauna. The glass can be switched from opaque to transparent using the switch. This way, you can enjoy the view of the Queen of the Mountains from your wellness zone if you wish.

The fitness area with Technogym equipment is, of course, an essential part of this dream oasis.
When the keys were handed over after this extensive new construction, the wine cooler was of course stocked with a few fine bottles so that the client could toast his new oasis.

The spacious terrace was skilfully divided into areas with selected greenery and staged with lighting effects. This gives this outdoor living area excitement and individuality. The terrace was redesigned with large-format ceramic tiles. The outdoor furniture and the new terrace greenery look modern and inviting on it.
The upper floor offers the ‘young team’ a fantastic living paradise of their own, where they can retreat to at any time.
There are two bedrooms hidden behind this room.

A kitchen with a bar table is perfect for a spaghetti or fondue evening with friends.
The champagne-coloured cutlery perfectly matches the tap.

The generous lounge is habitable on two sides thanks to the back-to-back sofa design.
Nothing stands in the way of the adolescent boys having a party with friends, including a trip to the cinema.

One of two youth sleeping areas, which are separated from each other by the room divider cabinet.
The view from the upper terrace is just as expansive as from the lower terrace.
